Job summary

Clorian Ticketing ищет QA Automation Engineer с опытом 2–3 года для обеспечения качества и стабильности нашей билетной платформы. Вы будете разрабатывать тест-планы, создавать End-to-End тесты на Playwright и тестировать API и сервисы, работая в гибридном формате.

Кандидатам нужна ориентация на качество, внимание к деталям и умение работать в команде SCRUM. Опыт Load тестирования и владение Java или JavaScript будут преимуществами.

Qualifications

• Опыт QA от 2 до 3 лет в аналогичных ролях.
• Опыт End-to-End тестирования с Playwright.
• Опыт нагрузочного тестирования с JMeter.
• Знания HTML и CSS, опыт работы в веб‑среде.
• Знание Java или JavaScript.

Responsibilities

We manage more than 32 million tickets a year and have over 1.5 million monthly visitors to our online sales channel. Our goal is to keep growing and innovating to offer the best ticket purchasing and venue and event access experience. We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our Development team. Your mission will be to ensure the quality, stability and proper functioning of our ticketing platform, ensuring an optimal user experience even in high-demand scenarios.

Задачи:

• Design and develop test plans and strategies to ensure product quality.
• Design and maintain End-to-End automated tests using tools such as Playwright.
• Test APIs and services using tools such as Postman.
• Run functional and regression tests on products.
• Design and run load and performance tests using tools such as JMeter.
• Analyze the platform’s behavior and stability under different load scenarios.
• Identify, reproduce and document defects, and track them together with the development teams.
• Analyze test results and prepare quality reports to support decision-making.
• Work closely with Development teams and other technical profiles to detect and prevent incidents.
• Participate in work processes and ceremonies under agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and tools.

• 2-3 years of experience in QA in similar roles.
• Experience with Playwright for End-to-End testing.
• Experience with JMeter for load and performance testing.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of Java or JavaScript.
• Experience working in web environments.

• Ability to learn continuously.

Будет плюсом:

• Experience with Selenium.
• Knowledge of and experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI / Swagger.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Java persistence frameworks such as MyBatis, JPA/Hibernate or JDBC.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes, especially Jenkins.
• Experience with Git.Li>
• Experience working with SCRUM and management tools such as JIRA.
• Knowledge of JUnit and Mockito.
• Knowledge of Spring (Core, MVC, Security, Boot...).
• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of Cloud architectures on AWS, especially SNS, SQS, ECS or AWS Lambda/Serverless.
