Job summary

Kirey España in Madrid is seeking Middle QA Analysts to join a fast-growing team working with a key client on multiple projects. The role combines manual and automated testing with a hybrid work model (50% remote, 2-3 days on-site) and a permanent contract.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of test analysis experience, strong English (B2), and proficiency with Azure Test Plans, Xray or TestRail, plus automation knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in test analysis, design, and execution of comprehensive test plans.
• B2 level in English required (C1 is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in test management tools such as Azure Test Plans, Xray, or TestRail.
• Solid expertise in functional, exploratory, and regression testing, along with SQL database management for data integrity validation.
• Strong ability to document test cases, results, and defects in a clear, detailed, and structured manner.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate closely with technical teams.

We are looking for several Middle QA Analysts with experience in designing and executing both manual and automated tests. You will join our team working directly with a key client (a leading digital native company) across multiple simultaneous projects.

Location / Workplace Model: Hybrid (50% remote / 2-3 days on-site) in central Madrid.

What will help you succeed:

• B2 level in English required (C1 is a plus).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in test analysis, design, and execution of comprehensive test plans.
• Strong proficiency in test management tools such as Azure Test Plans, Xray, or TestRail.
• Solid expertise in functional, exploratory, and regression testing, along with SQL database management for data integrity validation.
• Strong ability to document test cases, results, and defects in a clear, detailed, and structured manner.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate closely with technical teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in automated testing using tools like Selenium and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• API testing (Postman/SoapUI) and performance testing (JMeter).
• ISTQB certification.
• Team leadership experience.
