NielsenIQ is seeking a Python Developer to join the scraping team. You will design, implement, and document Scrapy spiders and help optimize data collection across codebases.

You will review code, validate data, and contribute to major new developments with clear documentation and occasional team training. The ideal candidate has a Master's in CS/IT and 3+ years in software engineering, with Django or FastAPI experience and familiarity with Scrapy, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Formación

• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Knowledge of BeautifulSoup or Scrapy framework.
• Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
• Knowledge of the Scrapy framework is a plus.
• Experience with InfluxDB time series databases is advantageous.
• Strong skills in Docker, Git, pandas, regular expressions, Linux, and bash scripting.
• Experience with major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
