  • Work directly with global and European suppliers in a highly technical procurement role.
  • Gain exposure to KD / CKD procurement, APQP / PPAP, and OEM-level processes.
  • Career growth within an innovative global automotive group.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement of KD / CKD components including supplier sourcing, technical communication, quotation requests, cost analysis, contract negotiation, and delivery coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to support supplier evaluation, capacity assessment, APQP processes, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends, raw material price fluctuations, automotive component cost structures, and supply chain risks including capacity, lead time, quality incidents, and geopolitical factors.
  • Manage European and global suppliers, conduct performance evaluations, corrective actions, and improvement plan follow-ups.
  • Drive localization initiatives including new supplier scouting, capability assessment, technical reviews, and cost optimization projects.
  • Lead cost breakdown analysis, benchmark studies, and competitive pricing activities.
  • Support project procurement activities including project timing tracking, supplier readiness, and cross-functional reviews.
  • Prepare procurement reports, business reviews, RFQ summaries, and component cost analysis for management.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with corporate governance, quality systems, and OEM procurement standards.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain, or related fields.

  • 5–8 years of automotive procurement experience with OEM background required.
  • Strong experience in KD / CKD or technical component procurement such as body structures, chassis components, electrical systems, or mechanical assemblies.
  • Deep understanding of RFQ processes, cost breakdown analysis, supplier audits, APQP / PPAP, quality issue resolution, and SOP project workflows.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
  • Solid analytical capability with ability to evaluate cost structures, supplier risks, and commercial scenarios.
  • Experience working in multinational supply chains or overseas environments is a strong plus.
  • High integrity, strong execution capability, and the ability to manage complex multi-supplier projects.
