Synvert is seeking a BI Project Lead to drive end-to-end analytics projects for major public sector clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate requirements, and ensure dashboards are data-driven and aligned with executive expectations.

The role requires 5–7 years in BI, strong data architecture knowledge, and a proactive leadership style. Relocation to Abu Dhabi is part of the in-office arrangement.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Finance or related field.
• 5–7 years in BI with leadership experience on large projects.
• Experience with government/public sector or large organizations is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage end-to-end BI projects for public sector clients.
• Lead requirement gathering and design with UI/ UX teams.
• Coordinate data ingestion, modelling on cloud platforms and dashboards.
• Oversee QA, UAT, and alignment with business metrics.
• Bridge between technical squads and senior stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks and delivery milestones.
