UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia invites applications for Assistant Professors of Psychology to support teaching and research for the 2026/2027 academic year. Several profiles including Data Analysis in the Psychology degree.

Candidates will teach bachelor courses in Psychology in English and Spanish, develop materials, supervise and mentor students, and collaborate with faculty to maintain a positive learning environment.

Formación

• Hold a degree in Psychology valid in Spain according to current legislation.
• Hold a Research Higher Degree (PhD).
• Experience supervising and teaching students in an educational environment (1–3 years).
• Experience working with students and staff from diverse backgrounds in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish — reading, writing and speaking — level C1 or native.
• Excellent communication, presentation and teamworking skills.
• Identification with the mission and vision of UCAM.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of the bachelor curriculum in Psychology, in English and Spanish, according to the assigned profile (e.g., Data Analysis or other courses within the degree).
• Design and development of teaching materials
• Advise, direct, and mentor bachelor students
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to maintain a respectful and positive learning environment
