REGIONAL COMMODITY LEADER - RAW MATERIALS (H/M) EMEA

Shape the Future of Sourcing at Otis! Otis is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Regional Commodity Leader, Raw Materials (EMEA) to lead the sourcing strategy for one of our most critical spend areas across our Europe factories.

This high‑impact leadership role has responsibility for approximately $100 million in annual raw material spend, covering various categories of carbon steel, stainless steel, guide rails, copper, aluminum, counterweights, and other strategic commodities supporting Otis manufacturing operations across the region. You will operate at the intersection of Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance, with direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence key business decisions that impact profitability, competitiveness, and supply chain resilience.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of metal commodities, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper.
• Proven track record negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in commodity analysis (steel, stainless steel, long products such as guide rails, copper, aluminium) cost modelling, and procurement systems.
• Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• English & Spanish proficiency. French is a plus.
• Availability to travel 20-30% of the time mainly around Europe.
