Project Resource Administrator - IT - 6-Months - ValenciaOur client, an international IT service provider, is seeking a Project Resource Administrator to join them as a contractor, with the option to work fully remote or onsite within the charming region of Valencia. Starting at an initial 6 month contract, multiple extensions are expected and there is great, long-term potential.**Responsibilities**:Organising interviews/pre-screening activities for DDP and support other units within DD as needed.Onboarding all new joiners (contractors) within DDP.Support with Annual Leave management by ensuring the DDP team calendar is up to date as well as ensure all roles have an OIC identified during their leaves.Inform of the new changes on the organigram to the HR team.Follow up with onboarding and offboarding tickets to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.Ensure Terms of References are up to date.Coordinate together with the Project Control Assistant colleague that project effort estimations are accurate and are provided on time.Consolidating resources requests for project allocation that creates the most value for the business and its clients.**Requirements**:A minimum of three (3+) years of professional experience in a fast-paced work environment.A minimum of three (3+) years of administrative experience, including direct work experience performing similar administrative functions for a large department within a multicultural environment.Must be technologically savvy, demonstrating the ability to easily adapt to new and unfamiliar technologies, software, and systems.Must be able to adapt to changing situations and demands.LI-AM1
