Job summary

Quadrante-Meta Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of water treatment projects, including drinking water, wastewater, and desalination. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships throughout all project phases.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering and 5+ years in water cycle projects, with strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Roads, Public Works or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in development and management of water cycle projects, with a focus on water treatment.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of water treatment projects (drinking water, wastewater and desalination).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and manage client relationships throughout all project phases.
• Oversee the technical supervision of designs, calculations, reports, drawings and cost estimates, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Validate technical documentation and ensure adherence to applicable standards and requirements.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

Job Responsibilities — What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.

You will:

• Lead the end-to-end management of water treatment projects (drinking water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants and desalination), ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and manage client relationships throughout all project phases.
• Oversee the technical supervision of designs, calculations, reports, drawings and cost estimates, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Validate technical documentation and ensure adherence to applicable standards and requirements.
