About the role

For this position, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-department projects, supporting teams in defining priorities, and ensuring smooth execution across areas. You will also be in charge of monitoring team workload and capacity to help identify bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation.

You'll collaborate closely with department leads and stakeholders to track project progress, align timelines, improve communication flows, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage cross-departmental projects from planning to delivery.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across teams.
• Monitor and analyze team workload and capacity to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Support leadership and team leads in prioritizing tasks and initiatives.
• Maintain and update project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
• Lead regular project check-ins and alignment sessions, including kickoffs, progress updates, and cross-team syncs.
• Identify risks and issues early, implementing mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
• Foster a collaborative and solutions-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or related roles within the tech or SaaS sector.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of internal communication tools, content planning, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-team alignment and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Capable of understanding the challenges and needs of all project stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly, work with diverse teams, and thrive in an international environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on prioritization, clarity, and efficiency.

• EU citizen or hold a valid work permit to work in Spain.
