A leading real estate services firm is seeking a Project Manager in Madrid to oversee project coordination and support for client properties. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management and involves tasks such as reviewing project requirements, managing multiple responsibilities, and effective communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and strong organizational skills.

Formación

  • 4+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management.
  • Experience in commercial project management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Review requisitions, change orders, and payment applications.
  • Support site team in identifying requirements and preparing schedules.
  • Participate in building evaluations and assist with audit reports.
  • Support selection and contracting of consultants and contractors.
  • Prepare and distribute status reports to stakeholders.
  • Obtain approvals for project plans and expenditures.
  • Perform related assignments in day-to-day operations.

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a professional with experience in Real Estate Project Management to provide comprehensive project coordination and support across client properties, corporate campuses, and facilities. This role is actively involved in tenant improvements, capital projects, and building or site maintenance initiatives.

Job Description

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Review requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and other project-related invoices.

  • Support team members responsible for specific sites in identifying requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and coordinating the completion of required work.

  • Participate in building evaluations (due diligence reviews) and assist with the preparation of physical audit reports.

  • Support the selection and contracting process of consultants and construction contractors, as required for each project.

  • Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders regarding work in progress.

  • Obtain alignment and appropriate approvals for organizational changes, project plans, and expenditures exceeding the approved budget.

  • Perform related assignments as required in the day-to-day operation of the team.
