Job summary

Cosmo Consult Spain is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven ERP implementation experience, particularly with Dynamics 365 F&SCM. You will ensure objectives, scope, schedule and budget are met while maintaining customer satisfaction on regional and international projects.

The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, strong communication, time management, and conflict-resolution skills. English is essential; Spanish is native. The position is full-time in Madrid.

Qualifications

• At least five years of ERP implementation experience, preferably with Dynamics F&SCM.
• Spanish as a native language.
• Advanced English for international projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and conflict-management abilities.
• Knowledge of project-management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Organize the project and coordinate meetings.
• Follow COSMO's Success by Design methodology.
• Plan steering committee meetings with the customer.
• Monitor progress using the DevOps tool.
• Develop and support the project team.
• Validate hours worked and plan future hours.
• Resolve billing-related issues.
• Prepare and monitor project status documentation.

Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM)

Senior Project Manager – Spain

COSMO CONSULT SPAIN is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the project objectives are achieved and that the scope, schedule, and budget are adhered to. They will also be responsible for customer satisfaction with the project and with the services provided by COSMO CONSULT SPAIN.

Main responsibilities

• Organizing the project and coordinating meetings.
• Following the methodology established by COSMO, based on Success by Design.
• Planning and organizing regular steering committee meetings with the customer.
• Monitoring project progress using the DevOps tool.
• Developing and supporting the project team.
• Validating the hours worked on the project.
• Planning the hours to be worked on the project.
• Resolving billing-related issues.
• Preparing and regularly monitoring documentation relating to the status of the project.

Essential Requirements

Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

• At least five years of experience managing ERP implementation projects, preferably involving Dynamics F&SCM.
• Spanish as a native language.
• Advanced English language skills for communication in international projects and with global stakeholders.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of project-management methodologies and tools.
