COSMO CONSULT SPAIN busca un Senior Project Manager con experiencia demostrada en proyectos de implementación ERP, principalmente Dynamics F&SCM. El/la candidato/a liderará la ejecución del proyecto, asegurando alcance, plazos y presupuesto, y la satisfacción del cliente y de COSMO CONSULT SPAIN.

Formación

• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de implementación ERP, preferiblemente Dynamics F&SCM.
• Dominio del español como idioma nativo.
• Nivel alto de inglés para proyectos internacionales.
• Excelencia en gestión del tiempo y organización.
• Habilidades de comunicación, resolución de conflictos y mediación.

Responsabilidades

• Organizar el proyecto y coordinar reuniones.
• Seguir la metodología COSMO basada en Success by Design.
• Planificar y organizar reuniones de steering con el cliente.
• Monitorear el progreso del proyecto usando la herramienta DevOps.
• Desarrollar y apoyar al equipo del proyecto.
• Validar las horas trabajadas y planificar las horas previstas.
• Resolver incidencias de facturación y preparar documentación de estado.

Senior Project Manager – Spain

COSMO CONSULT SPAIN is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the project objectives are achieved and that the scope, schedule, and budget are adhered to. They will also be responsible for customer satisfaction with the project and with the services provided by COSMO CONSULT SPAIN.

Main responsibilities

• Organizing the project and coordinating meetings.
• Following the methodology established by COSMO, based on Success by Design.
• Planning and organizing regular steering committee meetings with the customer.
• Monitoring project progress using the DevOps tool.
• Developing and supporting the project team.
• Validating the hours worked on the project.
• Planning the hours to be worked on the project.
• Resolving billing-related issues.
• Preparing and regularly monitoring documentation relating to the status of the project.

Essential Requirements

Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

• At least five years of experience managing ERP implementation projects, preferably involving Dynamics F&SCM.
• Spanish as a native language.
• Advanced English language skills for communication in international projects and with global stakeholders.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Conflict-management and mediation skills.
• Knowledge of project-management methodologies and tools.
