A leading air transport industry IT provider is seeking a Project Manager to support their marketing transformation project in Barcelona. The successful candidate will manage marketing initiatives from inception to delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present insights to senior stakeholders. Proven experience in marketing strategy and project management is required. This role offers a hybrid working model.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing and Communications, we are seeking a Project Manager with strong marketing strategy experience to support a marketing transformation project.

This role will focus on the development and delivery of an integrated internal marketing strategy across multiple business units.

The successful candidate will combine project management skills with marketing expertise, contributing to governance, presenting ideas, and driving initiatives that support the transformation agenda.

Key Duties
  • Manage and drive marketing transformation projects from inception to delivery.
  • Support the development and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy across multiple business units.
  • Assist with project governance, including stakeholder management, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Present insights, ideas, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Apply marketing strategy and go-to-market experience to support transformation initiatives.
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, transformation, or consultancy projects.
  • Project management experience, ideally in marketing or communications.
  • Consultancy experience preferred from top firms such as Accenture, Gartner, McKinsey, BCG, or Deloitte.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model.
