Amaris Consulting seeks a Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity (Cross CSOC) to lead major cybersecurity initiatives from planning to delivery in a global team. You will coordinate security tool implementations, manage roadmaps, and work with Product Owners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery of cybersecurity value.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in project management within IT or cybersecurity, exposure to CSOC environments, and strong governance and reporting capabilities.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management in IT or cybersecurity.
• Experience leading large cybersecurity initiatives end-to-end.
• Exposure to CSOC/SOC environments.
• Functional understanding of security capabilities: Monitoring, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence.
• Experience coordinating security tool implementations, product extensions, software adoption, or capability expansions.
• Strong experience managing roadmaps, scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, blockers and escalations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for roadmap management, backlog tracking, and reporting.
• Strong governance, documentation and executive-level reporting capabilities.
• Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple teams and evolving requirements.
• Proactive, delivery-oriented mindset with servant leadership.
• Professional English level for an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major cross-CSOC cybersecurity initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate projects involving security tool implementations and software adoption.
• Define and maintain project roadmaps, scope, milestones, deliverables and priorities.
• Coordinate technical teams, Product Owners, cybersecurity specialists, vendors and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, blockers and delivery issues.
• Maintain visibility over project progress and escalate as needed.
• Ensure high-quality Azure DevOps backlogs, roadmaps and documentation.
• Establish governance routines and action follow-up.
• Prepare clear status updates and executive-level reporting for stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment across teams and remove blockers to deliver value.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, ideally within complex IT or cybersecurity environments.
• Proven experience leading large technical, cybersecurity, or transformation initiatives end-to-end.
• Previous exposure to cybersecurity delivery and CSOC/SOC environments.
• Good functional understanding of security capabilities such as Security Monitoring, Incident Response, Threat Hunting and Threat Intelligence.
• Experience coordinating security tool implementations, product extensions, software adoption, or operational capability expansions.
• Strong experience managing roadmaps, scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, blockers and escalations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, particularly for roadmap management, backlog tracking, delivery monitoring and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate technical teams, Product Owners, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Strong governance, documentation and executive-level reporting capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex environments with multiple teams, dependencies and evolving requirements.
• Proactive, curious and delivery-oriented mindset with a servant-leadership approach.
• Professional English level for an international working environment.

• Identify, manage and follow up on risks, dependencies, blockers and delivery issues.
• Maintain visibility over project progress and ensure timely escalation when required.
• Ensure high-quality Azure DevOps backlogs, roadmaps and project documentation.
• Establish and support governance routines, decision-making processes and action follow-up.
• Prepare clear project status updates and executive-level reporting for key stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment across teams, remove blockers and enable technical teams to deliver successfully.
• Ensure projects remain focused on delivering business and cybersecurity value.
