A leading marketing agency in Madrid is seeking an experienced project manager to lead multichannel campaigns for pharmaceutical brands. The role involves managing daily requests, ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory guidelines, and supporting both short- and medium-term projects. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. This is a full-time position with flexible hours and a blended in-office/remote work model.

Formación

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of multichannel campaigns for pharmaceutical brands across European markets including digital assets medical events corporate presentations activations merchandising and printed materials.
  • Receive complex briefings from marketing and medical affairs teams break them down into actionable tasks and ensure alignment with brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prioritize and distribute up to 1520 daily requests across creative and production teams ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for regional stakeholders understanding strategic goals launch timelines and quality expectations.
  • Oversee the upload and management of advertising assets on internal and external platforms ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Manage short- and medium-term delivery campaigns with occasional involvement in long-term projects such as product launches and congress support.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in project management within advertising ideally in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related environments.
  • Familiarity with digital formats medical events promotional materials PowerPoint presentations and print deliverables.
  • Proven ability to manage high workloads efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills professional client interaction and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced multicultural and highly regulated environments.
