A leading eCommerce solutions provider based in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee initiatives enhancing onsite page performance across multiple marketplaces. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, project execution, and performance tracking, ensuring digital efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, possesses strong analytical skills, and is familiar with project management methodologies. A PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to support initiatives focused on improving onsite page performance for all Direct to Customer eCommerce stores , marketplaces and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) . This role will be instrumental in managing cross-functional projects that enhance our eCommerce operations, improve scalability, and drive digital efficiency across multiple areas of the company.

You will work closely with process owners, RPA developers, analysts, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects, track performance, and ensure seamless execution of digital GTM strategies. You will also focus on improving and continuously optimizing the Google Core Web Vitals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management :
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of projects across marketplaces and RPA initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. In addition, lead and manage projects related to web page performance optimization, from conception through to completion.
  • Marketplace Enablement :
  • Support the automation of processes and onboarding of 3rd party marketplace (e.G., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
  • RPA Coordination :
  • Collaborate with RPA developers and process owners to identify automation opportunities, manage development sprints, and measure impact of implemented bots.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration :
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units, operations, and tech teams to align on priorities, define requirements, and resolve blockers. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Performance Monitoring :
  • Support the creation and distribution of performance dashboards and project scorecards. Leverage data to highlight insights, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Documentation & Governance :
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including timelines, requirements, risks, and lessons learned. Ensure compliance with internal governance and approval processes. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • experience with performance tracking tools or dashboards (e.G., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
