• Several years of experience in business analysis, project management or similar roles.
• First contact with automotive projects is a plus.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes in digital projects.

• Implement and track changes to vehicles.

OUR MISSION

As a Project Manager in vehicle part provisioning at Lumibit, you will play a key role in the integration processes and delivery of parts within an automotive project. Focusing on our German customers, very good German and English skills are essential.

In addition to part provisioning tasks, you will add real value by implementing optimized digital solutions. Therefore, it is crucial for us to always think about automation and improve efficiency within this project.

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in business analysis, project management or similar roles
• First contact with automotive projects is a plus
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes in digital projects
• Very good German and English skills
• Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development processes
• Understanding of SAP / logistics processes
• Proficiency in project management (Jira, Confluence) or data analysis tools
• Strong communication skills in dealing with customers and teams
• Strategic thinking paired with a hands‑on mentality

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plausibility checks for prototype vehicle planning timelines
• Implement and track changes to vehicles (configuration, type, relationship knowledge)
• Short‑term change management for prototype quantities / configurations
• Parts demand forecast + weekly coordination with integration management
• Initiate ordering of parts and track the parts
• Automation of manual tasks is always the focus – we aim to continuously improve processes and migrate every activity into tooling
