Una empresa dedicada a soluciones digitales en la industria automotriz busca un Project Manager con experiencia en gestión de proyectos de software. Este rol incluye la responsabilidad de liderar proyectos desde su concepción hasta su implementación, con un enfoque en el cliente y el uso de métodos ágiles. Se requiere muy buenos conocimientos en alemán y inglés, así como habilidades estratégicas y de comunicación para interactuar con equipos y clientes.

Formación

• Varias años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de software.
• Conocimientos en métodos ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y procesos de desarrollo de software modernos.
• Dominio del alemán y el inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar proyectos de software complejos desde la idea inicial hasta su implementación.
• Traducir las necesidades del cliente en requisitos claros y gestionar su ejecución con el equipo de DEV.

As a project manager at Lumibit, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex software projects with a strong focus on the automotive and mobility industry. From initial idea to go-live, you’ll plan, manage, and implement innovative digital solutions. Focusing on our German customers, very good German and English skills are needed.

You translate complex customer needs into clear requirements and manage their implementation together with the DEV team. You bring structure to our projects, drive innovation and ensure that our solutions create real added value.

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in managing software projects (e.g. as a project manager, product owner or similar)
• Experience in leading teams and managing digital products
• Very good German and English skills
• Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development processes
• Technical understanding (APIs, cloud technologies, databases, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in dealing with customers and teams
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on mentality
