Project Manager - Mid-Level

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) a global leader in real estate services and investment management is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to join our dynamic Project & Development Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medium‑scale real estate projects including renovations, fit‑outs and improvements of commercial and corporate spaces.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, including architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and risk management plans.
• Ensure compliance with JLL's quality, safety and sustainability standards across all projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support client proposals and presentations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in real estate or construction project management.
• Solid knowledge of project lifecycle phases and project management methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Familiarity with industry standards and certifications (LEED, WELL, etc.) is desirable.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
