Project Manager – Global Shared Services (Barcelona, Spain)
About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a global organization in the consumer goods sector, leading cross‑functional projects and transformation initiatives across its Shared Services operations.

In this role, you will manage projects that optimize processes, strengthen collaboration across international teams, and contribute to the company’s global growth and efficiency strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end projects from planning to implementation, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders across multiple functions (Finance, HR, Operations, Technology) to deliver key strategic initiatives.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and change management efforts across different time zones.
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation actions, and ensure transparent project tracking and reporting.
  • Promote continuous improvement and process optimization within the Shared Services organization.
  • Support global transformation programs and cross‑functional initiatives.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects in multinational environments (Shared Services, FMCG, or transformation projects preferred).
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification desirable).
  • Proven track record managing cross‑functional projects and global stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, matrix, and multicultural environment.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
