RECREWIT is seeking a Senior Project Manager for naval sector initiatives in Spain. You will lead complex projects from concept through delivery, coordinating engineering, production and clients to ensure milestones are met.

Requirements include a naval engineering degree (Master’s preferred) and fluency in Spanish and English, with strong leadership and risk-management skills. Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD and Rhino is expected.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established company in the naval sector, with over 60 years of experience and a strong international presence.

The company works on a wide variety of projects, including:

• Luxury and high-performance vessels
• Commercial and offshore projects
• Defense and government programs

This provides a unique level of exposure within the industry, combining engineering, industrial execution, and high-level technical projects.

This is a key role within the organization, where you will lead complex projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with engineering, production, and clients.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Full project lifecycle management (scope, cost, time, and quality)

• Background in the naval/maritime sector
