This role includes managing end-to-end project delivery and may require occasional travel to Madrid and Barcelona.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device sectors.

Please note: While this role is remote, occasional travel is required—approximately 1–2 days per month, mainly to Madrid and Barcelona. The frequency may vary depending on project needs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Provide structured project reporting, status updates, and risk mitigation plans.
• Organize and attend in-person meetings or workshops (mainly in Madrid or Barcelona) as required.
• Maintain clear communication and proactive issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Devices.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (estimated 1–2 days per month).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Availability to start as soon as possible, preferably in September.
