About the job

We are building a PMO team for one of the most important Assisted Reproduction groups in the world, with more than 50 clinics in 16 countries and growth plans as ambitious as they are inspiring. We’re looking for people who want to be at the heart of global corporate transformation.

Our role

The PMO team plays a key role — from leading strategic business and systems programs, to coordinating the Target Operating Model blueprint, driving expansion and growth projects, improving operational processes, and supporting the onboarding of new clinics. Who are we looking for?

• Mid-senior professionals
• who : Have solid experience in PMO, program management, or strategic / process consulting.
• Have hands‑on experience in transformation projects within international environments.
• Feel comfortable working across diverse cultures and have excellent command of English.
• Know how to lead complex initiatives in dynamic and changing contexts.
• Certifications are a plus, but what truly matters to us is your real experience, sound judgment, and ability to work independently.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
