Project Manager (German Speaker | Automotive Sector)

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join a leading project in the automotive sector. If you bring strong coordination skills, experience in ramp‑up and change management, and are fluent in German and English, this could be your next challenge!

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex automotive projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with specialist groups across different domains to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive change management and oversee lifecycle processes throughout the project.
• Manage production planning and ramp‑up phases, ensuring successful industrialization.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to key stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• ~+5 years of proven experience in project management, project tracking, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Solid knowledge of change management, lifecycle management, and ramp‑up in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience with OEMs' development processes, methods, and tools.
• Background in electrified components within the MEB series, including battery insourcing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar.
