Boston Consulting Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced Insurance Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end programs across pricing, claims, and underwriting.

You will collaborate with global teams, manage stakeholders at various levels, and apply strong analytical thinking to deliver scalable solutions. This role offers exposure to international engagements and a chance to influence large-scale insurance transformations at a leading consulting firm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; master's/MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to solve complex problems.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Experience in insurance pricing, claims or underwriting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering end-to-end transformations for claims, pricing and underwriting.

• Contribute to global initiatives and ensure adherence to travel standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering end-to-end transformations across clients' claims, pricing and underwriting functions
• Drive end-to-end transformation programs, working across strategy consultants, data scientists, data engineers and solution architects to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions
• Collaborate with global, multidisciplinary teams to support insurance transformation projects across international engagements
• Work closely with global leaders of BCG's global initiative focused on transforming clients' claims, pricing and underwriting functions, contributing to a global specialist squad
• Contribute to large-scale insurance transformation programs, with opportunities to work on international engagements under BCG's travel standards

What You'll Bring

• At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in insurance technical excellence functions such as pricing, claims or underwriting
• Previous consulting experience is preferred; experience in insurance companies, insurance assistance companies or insurance consulting firms is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful client solutions
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across different levels of seniority
• Fluency in English and Spanish
