Airbus Helicopters España, S.A. busca un profesional de control de producción para supervisar contratos y coordinar servicios al cliente en Getafe.

Pertenecerás al área de Gestión de Cuentas y Servicios al Cliente, en una posición permanente de nivel profesional. Serás responsable de seguir el rendimiento del soporte y de recopilar comentarios de clientes para mejorar la viabilidad de los contratos.

Control de producción - Supervision Seguimiento de contrato Proporcionar al cliente información sobre soporte y servicios y estado del contrato, su ejecución frente a su viabilidad global. Apoyo a la gestión de recursos. Recopile y analice los comentarios de los clientes. Supervisar el rendimiento del soporte y el servicio a nivel de cliente individual. Lanzar y poner a prueba cualquier plan de acción requerido.
