K-LAGAN is seeking a PLC Programmer for logistics automation in Barcelona. The role involves developing PLC programs, designing HMIs/SCADA, and leading client-site commissioning within a multinational automation environment.

Applicants should have 4+ years of PLC experience, be proficient in Siemens TIA Portal or Schneider Electric, and possess strong analytical and teamwork skills. English level B2–C1 is required.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of PLC programming experience.
• Strong proficiency with Siemens TIA Portal or Schneider Electric & VFDs.
• Ability to develop PLC programs from scratch.
• English level B2–C1.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and implement PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal.
• Design and develop HMI screens and SCADA for real-time control.
• Lead equipment setup, calibration, and commissioning at client sites.
• Provide on-site support during installation and start-up.
• Troubleshoot PLC-related issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system functionality.
• Maintain documentation of PLC programs and changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Support and train production and maintenance teams.

PLC Programmer – Logistics Automation.

Overview:

We are looking for a PLC Programmer to join a multinational leader in warehouse automation, located in Barcelona.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience programming PLC systems (Siemens TIA Portal or Shneider).
• Motivation to work in a technical environment with high-level automation projects.
• English level B2–C1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement PLC programs from scratch using Siemens TIA Portal.
• Design and develop HMI screens and SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control.
• Lead equipment setup, calibration, and commissioning at client sites.
• Provide on-site support during installation and system start-up.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, production) to optimize system functionality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of PLC programs and system changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Support and train production and maintenance teams when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a PLC Programmer.
• Strong proficiency with Siemens TIA Portal or Shneider Elecric & VFDs
• Demonstrated ability to develop programs from scratch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
