Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German language skills to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with strong statistical programming expertise and an interest in reimbursement decision making, with a significant focus on SAS programming.

You will develop German AMNOG dossiers, perform analyses on clinical trial data, and collaborate across Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM and German AMNOG process advantages.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers with statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA and HTA bodies.
