Job summary

Cytel Inc. is seeking a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer (SAS + R) to join a sponsor-dedicated program.

You will work remotely, reporting to the Director, Biostatistics and Programming, and oversee CROs to ensure high-quality data delivery for multiple clinical studies. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, expert SAS skills, CDISC standards proficiency, and a track record with regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a statistical programmer in biotech/pharma.
• Expert SAS programming and CDISC SDTM/ADaM experience.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and FDA/ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM and ADaM specifications, datasets, and Define.xml for multiple studies.
• Develop SAS programs to create datasets, listings, and tables with descriptive and inferential stats.
• Deliver high-quality SAS and R programs tailored to clinical development needs.
• Oversee CRO programming deliverables across studies to meet timelines.
• Support preparation of clinical study reports and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and good clinical practice for submissions.
• Contribute to standards for programming tools, outputs, and macros.
• Collaborate with CROs, vendors, and partners to meet project goals.
• Draft and review SOPs and work instructions for statistical programming.
