Hitachi Energy in Spain seeks a production leader to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution across the assigned lines to meet demand and inventory service levels.

You will identify capacity improvements, optimize equipment and facilities, manage critical issues with cross‑functional teams, and lead direct and indirect staff development with HR support. This role emphasizes structured operations and on-time delivery with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Resource allocation: Organize and allocate resources to effectively and efficiently meet line production targets.
• Production scheduling and plan: Ensure schedules meet demand and defined inventory service levels.
• Equipment and facilities: Identify and recommend technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
• Production execution: Ensure execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets.
• Operations improvement: Identify deficiencies and oversee improvement actions to boost production performance.
• Critical line issues: Manage resolution of critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.
• People leadership and development: Ensure the area is staffed, skilled and directed; guide and develop subordinates with HR support.

How you''ll make an Impact

1.Resource allocation Organize and allocate resources to effectively and efficiently meet line Production targets. Responds and leads to resource issues as necessary. Capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.

2. Production scheduling and plan

Ensures that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.

3. Equipment and facilities

Identify and recommend technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.

4. Production execution

Ensure execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.

5. Operations improvement

Identify deficiencies in production area, propose improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance.

6. Critical line issues

Manage the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.

7. People leadership and development

Ensure (with IR/HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
