Beiersdorf's medical device plant in Argentona (Barcelona, SPAIN) is seeking a Production Planner to plan and sequence production on a 3-week horizon, create and manage process orders, and liaise with manufacturing as the planning voice on the shopfloor.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, 1–3 years in production planning, strong Excel and SAP skills, and advanced English. Be part of a team driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Formación

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in production planning or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory planning.
• Analytical, results-oriented, and able to adapt to operational changes.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills and proficiency in Excel; ERP experience (SAP is a plus).
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and sequence production over a 3-week horizon, aligning with Manufacturing and the Center of Excellence.
• Create and manage process orders, adjusting the short-term plan for changes or issues.
• Contribute to the campaign plan with technical knowledge of production lines and equipment.
• Maintain contact with the factory and act as the planning voice on the shopfloor.
• Manage planning of semi-finished products, optimizing resources and safety stocks.
• Analyze demand, capacity, inventories, and constraints to anticipate risks and mitigation actions.
• Optimize production sequences to maximize efficiency, productivity and service level.
