Engineering Oil & Gas Company is seeking a Production Panel Operator to manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operation activities from the Central Control Room. The role emphasizes safety, HSE compliance, QA/QC, and accurate procedure execution during start-up and normal operations.

The candidate will monitor DCS and field parameters, coordinate with Production Supervisors and CCR crew, and support maintenance and configuration tasks as required on offshore and onshore sites

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the position.

Responsabilidades

• Execute pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operation activities at Site, in compliance with procedures, HSE and schedule.
• Operate the Plant from the Central Control Room (CCR).
• Perform QA/QC certification, Fire Fighting System usage, HSE system usage and ICS usage as required.
• Monitor and log plant operating parameters; make decisions to stop equipment when needed.
• Maintain PW discharge quality and assist in DCS/PLCs configuration and related tasks.
• Report to Production Supervisors and collaborate with CCR/Cargo Supervisors to ensure safe operations.

Mission

• Execute the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and operation activities at Site. Ensure that the activities execution comply with the relevant operating procedures, the HSE requirements and the scheduled time. Execute all operations activities such as operation procedures preparation, QA / QC certification, Fire Fighting System usage, HSE system usage and Integrated Control System usage in the relevant field of interest. Execute maintenance and inspection activities for safe operation in the relevant field of interest.

Tasks

• Ensures that all activities under his responsibility are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements
• Acknowledge the involvement of its job role in the permit to work system and verifies the safety measures described in the permit to work for its job role involvement, including area preparation and restoration
• Identifies and control hazards to avoid damage to equipment, personnel and the environment
• Perform frequent safety and quality observations in the field and report findings
• Executes the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up activities according to the approved procedures
• Monitors and log the operating parameters of the plant through field and DCS
• Makes decision for stopping equipment based on experience and abnormal situations
• Report to and work with Production Supervisors
• Know and operate DCS, fire and gas systems, ESD systems from CCR
• Monitor the correct operations of all plant and equipment reducing and controlling plant upsets
• Maintain PW discharge quality within the current Company and /or local guidelines
• Assist in the commissioning of new plant and DCS configuration if required
• Work closely with DCS Technicians on all matters concerning DCS or PLCs
• Use DCS efficiently and react immediately in case of emergency
• Ensure that Company Standards are followed during Start-Up Phases if required
• Maintain historical trends of Production and Injection systems informing Production Supervisor when the system is unstable or malfunctioning
