Job summary

Forvia in Spain is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive QCD performance within designated groups. You will set targets, implement plans and monitor results to push continuous improvement and lead problem-solving workshops to enhance quality methods.

You will also manage personnel matters, develop team members, and ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environment standards, creating a safe, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Operational level of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in problem-solving initiatives and facilitate workshops to improve quality methods.
