Grupo Bimbo in Puente Genil, Spain, seeks a Production Support Assistant to back the Production Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks. You will prepare and analyze production KPI reports, build dashboards, and maintain accurate data.

You will coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse and Planning teams, follow up on action plans, and ensure clear documentation and timely communication across shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support to the Production Manager in daily administrative and operational routines.
• Prepare, update, and analyze production KPI reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely availability.
• Build and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, pivot tables, and reports to support performance management.
• Analyze operational data and identify deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Follow up with internal and external suppliers related to maintenance activities and operational support.
• Support the coordination of pending actions, deadlines, approvals, and documentation.
• Maintain organized records of production reports, action plans, supplier follow-ups, and operational files.
• Support plant administrative activities related to production routines, meetings, KPIs, and performance reviews.
• Ensure clear communication and follow-up between Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Planning, and other support areas.
• Escalate delays, risks, or inconsistencies that may impact production performance.
