Mainloop Barcelona is seeking a Product Owner to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-native automation serving professional services across multiple countries. You will lead stakeholder relationships, define scope, and decide what to build and when to say no, with justification.

You will translate needs into precise specs and acceptance criteria, ensure shipped features meet criteria, and measure adoption and outcomes.

Formación

• Fluent English; Spanish advantageous
• Proven track record delivering usable software with measurable impact
• Ability to read and judge AI-generated outputs from agents
• Strong writing skills for specs and acceptance criteria

As Product Owner in Mainloop Barcelona, you own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-native automation that helps professional services across multiple countries. You lead business relationships, define what exists, when to build, and how it achieves measurable adoption. You translate needs into precise specs and acceptance criteria, ensuring ships are used and valuable. You work closely with a developer to deliver real impact and drive product value over time.

• Manage a portfolio of products with consistent scaffolding and governance
• Collaborate with one developer and ensure pair programming alignment on each product

• Prepare and maintain the handover packs and product documentation
