Amaris Consulting seeks a Product Owner for Compliance & Risk based in Madrid. You will own the roadmap for identity verification, onboarding, and regulatory-aligned processes, collaborating with Compliance, Risk, Audit, Operations and Technology teams.

• 3+ years of experience in product ownership, compliance or risk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Control frameworks.
• Experience managing Identity Verification (KYC/KYB) processes.
• Understanding of Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance and Governance.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver compliance-related products.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
• Currently based in Madrid.
• Own and drive the roadmap of compliance and risk initiatives.
• Define, improve and monitor identity verification and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Audit, Operations and Technology teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Gather business requirements and translate into actionable product features.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Compliance Specialist, Risk Specialist, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Control frameworks.
