Job summary

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe seeks a highly organized Product Merchandising Administrator & Analyst for its European HQ. You will manage product data, build reports, and support catalog coordination in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role requires precise Excel skills and a methodical approach to gathering information from multiple sources. Hybrid work, strong English communication, and data accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related field.
• At least 3 years in an administrative, data or coordinator role.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Well organized with ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines.
• Methodical data gathering and formatting from multiple sources.
• Proficient with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) for data tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the merchandising team.
• Create and maintain the product linelist and product information (SKUs, pricing, descriptions, specifications, imagery).
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and reports.
• Produce regular merchandising and sales reports for Merchandising Managers.
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers and databases used by the team.
• Compile data on sales, inventory, and product trends.
• Collate market research and competitor pricing into reports.
• Review delivery calendar and report on key dates and statuses.
• Support catalogue development with accurate data, pricing, and descriptions.
• Assist in maintaining merchandising processes and SOPs.
• Support system updates and process improvements.
