Job summary

IFF is seeking a proactive Product Marketing & User Engagement Intern to support the AIVA digital application across manufacturing sites worldwide. The role focuses on internal communications, feature promotion, user engagement, and feedback collection within a dynamic international team.

Based in Oviedo (Asturias) or Barcelona, it offers a hybrid work model (3 days on site, 2 days remote) with a monthly allowance of 800 EUR gross.

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging internal communications about new AIVA features, newsletters, intranet posts, user spotlights, and promotional materials.
• Support campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of AIVA across global manufacturing sites.
• Build and grow a global community of AIVA users and champions; facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-site collaboration.
• Prepare presentations, training materials, user guides, FAQs, and instructional content; develop videos and tutorials to support enablement.
• Collaborate with the development team to inform users about product improvements and gather user feedback.
