The Team

Product marketing at Celonis is strategic, scrappy, and tight-knit. We value leading with empathy in our interactions, working closely with each other and other teams (often deliberately delivering projects as mini teams or co-leads of two), giving back together, and making things as simple as possible. Each product marketer is the CMO of their product domain and focused on four pillars:

• Defining and executing product positioning, messaging, and launches
• Enabling and supporting the go-to-market and marketing teams
• Informing product strategy
• Driving product adoption and success

Location: Munich, Madrid, or London offices

The Role

We’re looking for someone who loves products and wants to spend time thinking about, talking about, and working on positioning them. In this role, you’ll be owning our process mining & process modelling positioning and messaging, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing for Platform. You will partner with our product leads and lead our product positioning and go-to-market strategy for solutions at the heart of Celonis’ value proposition.

You’ll work hand in hand with our product teams, our go-to-market teams – think sales and presales – and our marketing team.

The work you’ll do

• Product Positioning: Develop scalable messaging that differentiates our product, craft compelling assets (decks, demos, keynotes), and serve as the expert on how it showcases the Celonis platform.
• Market Mastery: Utilizing market research and competitive intelligence to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
• Inform Product Strategy: Partnering with product management to strategize and launch new products, understanding buyer behaviors to inform product direction.
• Product Adoption and Success: Driving pipeline growth through campaigns, developing engaging content, and establishing thought leadership in the industry.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working in software product management, presales, consulting or product marketing
• Experience with process mining tools and/or process modelling solutions
• Track record of successfully launching data-focused products.
• Excited about technical concepts and speaking with CXOs across IT and business audiences about their requirements
• Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements
• Highly logical and analytical, with an enthusiasm for connecting dots between ideas
• Proactive, with strong ownership of all the workstreams you touch
• Agile and team-oriented, ability to give and receive feedback, change tack, and collaborate with a team to achieve a goal
• A bias towards action and delivering measurable results with a consistent track record of successful projects
