Sage is seeking a Product Manager for Regulatory Reporting & Filing in its Barcelona office. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for regulatory reporting services across markets, balancing mandatory regulatory commitments with customer outcomes and platform health.

The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in Barcelona, and demands strong prioritisation, stakeholder management and the ability to translate evolving regulatory requirements into clear product outcomes

Formación

• Proven experience delivering software products, platform capabilities, APIs or shared services.
• Strong ability to translate evolving requirements into clear product outcomes and strategy.
• Proactive self-starter with autonomy in a matrixed organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Regulatory Reporting & Filing services across countries.
• Turn regulatory changes into clear product direction with compliance and tax experts.
• Define platform capabilities for VAT returns, indirect tax reporting and statutory submissions.
• Lead discovery on reporting challenges and opportunities for simplification.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple countries with evidence-based trade-offs.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, tax, and in-country teams to deliver reliable services.
• Monitor adoption and performance; decide on improvements or expansion.
• Leverage AI to accelerate research, analysis, and prioritisation while validating conclusions.
