Ebury is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Money Flows in Madrid to own a core product area, align with the long-term vision, and deliver measurable outcomes across currencies and corridors.

You will work with Engineering and Compliance to translate market needs into concrete product requirements, while maintaining strong focus on delivering high-quality money flow experiences for SMEs globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of consulting experience in financial services or payments transformation.
• Minimum 2 years in FinTech or banking payment chains.
• Minimum 2 years in product management for regulated financial products.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution of a key Money Flow product area from why to how.
• Translate regulatory changes into actual money flows.
• Own the product backlog and drive defined success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering as a key stakeholder and ensure timely delivery.
