Job summary

Sage is seeking a Product Manager to own the Regulatory Reporting & Filing services product strategy and roadmap. You will balance regulatory obligations with customer outcomes, partnering with compliance and tax experts to define platform capabilities and drive adoption across markets.

You will lead discovery, prioritisation and trade-offs in a highly matrixed organisation, and leverage AI to accelerate analysis and decision-making while ensuring evidence-based conclusions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering software products, platform capabilities, APIs or shared services.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, prioritisation and product discovery.
• Translate complex and evolving requirements into clear product outcomes and strategic direction.
• Autonomous self-starter who takes ownership and works with high levels of autonomy.
• Experience in matrixed organisations with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Regulatory Reporting & Filing services across multiple countries.
• Lead discovery to understand reporting challenges, pain points and opportunities for simplification.
• Define platform capabilities for VAT returns, indirect tax reporting, statutory submissions and future compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, legal, tax specialists and country teams to deliver reliable services.
• Monitor adoption and performance after release and iterate as needed.
• Apply AI as part of product management to accelerate research, analysis and prioritisation.
