Joko, an AI shopping app with a Paris roots and a growing Barcelona presence, seeks a hands-on Product Manager. You will own roadmaps, work with engineers to deliver complex features, and design architecture that scales with trust and governance.

Today, Joko is an AI shopping app: with Juno, our shopping assistant, users can find the right product at the best price in only a few seconds, with recommendations that get sharper the more they use it.

Build and own your roadmap: You will map what teams do today, where their processes break, what it costs them, and where AI or better tooling can create the most leverage. You will turn that discovery into a clear roadmap, prioritize it yourself, and be accountable for its impact. Ship with Engineering: You will work very closely with software engineers to scope, sequence and deliver complex technical products. You will write clear specs, make trade-offs, unblock decisions, test what ships, and keep the team focused on real user impact. Build the agent layer: The approach is capability first: expose an action as a scoped tool, write the instructions an agent needs to use it well, then let the agent run the job. Interfaces come only where they earn their place. Deciding what deserves a screen is a genuinely new kind of product judgment. Own Joker use cases: You will identify where Joker can take work from idea to execution, automate end-to-end workflows, or help teams create new 0-to-1 features. You will turn these opportunities into production-grade products used every day. Retire what should not exist: Part of the mandate is subtractive: migrating off tools that have outlived their purpose and progressively switching off legacy systems. You will sequence those migrations without breaking the teams that depend on them every day. Design for trust and scale: You will work on permissions, reliability, security, compliance and data access as product problems. Agents must act safely, every action must be attributable, and the systems you ship must be robust enough for company-wide adoption. Measure efficiency: You will define success in time saved, cost reduced, risk removed, and adoption by internal teams, and prioritise against it. Align stakeholders: You will be the point of contact for internal stakeholders across Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data and Care, structuring their demands and arbitrating between them.

• You have 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• You are comfortable building for internal users, where the bar is efficiency, robustness and adoption.
• Problems nobody outside the company will ever see still energise you.
• You use AI tools daily in your own work, you understand what agents are actually good and bad at, and you have opinions about where automation belongs.
• You are curious and hands-on with infrastructure, permissions, reliability, security, compliance, and data architecture.
• Coding is not required, but you need to understand how things work.
• You are excellent at alignment, prioritization, and saying no.
• You can navigate many dependencies and make trade-offs explicit.
• You are data-driven, impact-oriented, and you go straight for the real operational problem.
• You are a clear, structured communicator, able to translate complex technical topics into business impact.
• Based in France or Spain.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You are ownership-driven, resilient, and motivated by solving hard, unglamorous but high-impact problems that make the whole company better.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you love constantly learning and getting better.
