  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (together with Engineers and Designers) and ensure pre‑launch blockers are tracked, prioritised and resolved. Be an advocate of frequent release and feedback cycles.
  • Be a champion of gathering and analysing Voice of the Customer feedback, developing a deep customer understanding, proactively identifying unmet needs and pain points and integrating these into the quarterly planning process.
  • Help with the communications (internally and externally) of new feature releases and maintenance of user guides.
  • Be comfortable working with distributed Product Engineering and Design teams.
You Have
  • At least 4 years of experience with a product delivery track record, ability to influence stakeholders across teams, build robust partnerships and possess deep domain or technical expertise.
  • Demonstrable experience solving complexity and contributing to strategy with analytical rigor (e.g. prioritisation and trade‑offs for complex product initiatives aligned with strategic company goals).
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum and/or Kanban).
  • Ability to model strong collaboration skills and build high‑trust, high‑performance environments, removing blockers across teams.
  • Exhibit strong technical acumen, able to understand and contribute to technical discussions with engineering teams. Understand feasibility and can make smart product choices aligned with technology impact.
  • Experience in scoping, budgeting, scheduling and delivering complex project implementations.
