Giesecke+Devrient España busca un Product Manager para Convego Service Market y Transit Wallet. Coordinarás con clientes, equipos comerciales y ingeniería para traducir necesidades empresariales en soluciones de producto.

Trabajarás en un entorno internacional, con jornada híbrida (2 días en sede, 3 días remoto), contribuyendo a la definición de la hoja de ruta, priorización y lanzamiento de nuevas características.

Formación

• Experiencia en Product Management o roles similares orientados al cliente.
• Experiencia trabajando con productos SaaS B2B, fintech, pagos o API-based.
• Capacidad para colaborar con equipos internacionales y gestionar stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Definir y ejecutar la hoja de ruta de Convego Service Market y Transit Wallet.
• Gestionar el ciclo de vida del producto desde ideación hasta lanzamiento.
• Actuar como nexo entre clientes, ventas y ingeniería para mejorar el producto.
• Apoyar reuniones con clientes, presentaciones y respuestas a RFP.
• Definir posicionamiento, propuesta de valor y estrategias de precios.
• Priorizar el backlog y coordinar entrega entre equipos.
• Definir y monitorizar KPIs de adopción y satisfacción.
• Apoyar iniciativas de adopción y crecimiento del portfolio.

Product Manager – Convego Service Market & Transit Wallet

Location: Spain (Madrid or Barcelona)

Work model: Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote)

We're looking for a Product Manager – Convego Service Market & Transit Wallet to join our Product organization and play a key role in the evolution of our commercial smart issuance solution portfolio. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between customers, commercial teams, and engineering, helping translate business needs into product solutions while supporting the successful delivery and adoption of our products. You'll collaborate with international teams and work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Engineering to drive product improvements and deliver value to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology, and customer engagement in a collaborative, international environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contribute to the definition and execution of the product roadmap for Convego Service Market and Transit Wallet.
• Own the product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization through launch and ongoing evolution.
• Act as the link between customers, commercial teams, and engineering, translating business requirements into product improvements. Support Sales teams with customer presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and business cases.
• Support customer meetings, workshops, product demonstrations, and technical discussions alongside commercial teams.
• Gather customer and market feedback and translate it into roadmap priorities.
• Define product positioning, value proposition, pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies.
• Prioritize the product backlog and coordinate delivery across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Customer Service teams.
• Act as Product Owner during major customer incidents and escalations, coordinating resolution and follow-up actions.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
• Support initiatives that drive product adoption and portfolio growth.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Experience in Product Management or similar customer-facing product roles.
• Background in Product Management, Customer Product Management, Client Services, Technical Product Sales, or similar roles.
• Experience working with B2B software products, ideally within fintech, payments, SaaS, or API-based environments.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap prioritization.
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting commercial activities such as customer presentations, workshops, or RFPs is an advantage.
• Experience working with international teams is a plus.

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of web technologies, APIs, and SaaS products.
• Ability to communicate comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of .NET environments is a plus.
• Experience with digital card issuance, wallets, or transit solutions is a plus.
