A tech recruitment firm is seeking a Product Manager to join a global client’s eCommerce Platform Delivery team. The role focuses on building scalable solutions for seamless customer experiences across various channels. Ideal candidates will have experience in large-scale eCommerce environments, strong stakeholder management skills, and a familiarity with cloud technologies. This is a freelance role based in Spain with a daily rate of up to €340.

Formación

We’re now looking for a Product Manager to join the eCommerce Platform Delivery team of one of our global clients, who is transforming its digital commerce ecosystem.

This role plays a key part in building scalable and innovative foundations that enable seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, and connected channels.

You’ll take ownership of several squads delivering core eCommerce platform capabilities, working closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to define the roadmap, prioritise investments, and ensure outcomes align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for eCommerce platform initiatives.
• Define and prioritise squad outcomes while ensuring platform scalability and resilience.
• Partner with Principal Engineers to validate technical feasibility and performance.
• Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams and missions.
• Balance innovation with operational excellence and reduction of technical debt.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within squads.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within large scale eCommerce or digital platform environments.
• Ideally, previous experience in the airline or travel industry.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical outcomes.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS), APIs, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
