Bending Spoons is hiring in Madrid, Italy, London or fully remote locations. The role involves deep product understanding, rapid feature development and end-to-end project ownership in small, autonomous teams.

You will leverage AI, data and user research to uncover opportunities, and work with engineers and designers to ship high-impact features. Strong English skills are essential for collaboration across Europe.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Innovate. Combine user insights, market signals, and emerging technologies to identify high-impact initiatives and features. Use modern tools, first-principles reasoning, and your creative insights to explore solution spaces quickly and sharpen product thinking.
• Execute. Turn ideas into impactful features. Prioritize ruthlessly, using data to focus on what truly moves the needle. Own the development process end-to-end, coordinating designers, engineers, and other teammates to build solutions that address users’ most important needs.
• Iterate. Use experimentation and product metrics to understand what works and what doesn’t. Treat every project as a learning loop, using insights from past work to improve the product continuously.

• Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discount. Typical annual salary offers range from £85,797 to £151,436 in London and from €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe. The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £316,052 in London or €240,330 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.
