Formación

• 4+ years as Product Manager on networked platforms.
• Strong AI fluency with rapid prototyping.

• Clear understanding of marketplace dynamics: supply/demand, liquidity, matching quality.
• Ability to operate with ownership and handle ambiguity in a startup.
• Fluent Spanish communication.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents in production.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Livo Pool end to end in lockstep with the marketplace business lead.
• Grow and scale the marketplace by improving supply and demand balance, matching quality, and user experience.
• Lead continuous product discovery through customer conversations, field visits, and data analysis.
• Translate insights into crisp product requirements, trade-offs, and sequencing decisions.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog reflecting real business value.
• Collaborate with founders and marketplace lead on strategy and execution.
• Treat AI as a first-class material for matching, automation, and support.

Livo builds an AI-powered operating system for the healthcare workforce at the intersection of HR Tech, marketplaces, and applied AI. The company develops Livo Pool, a marketplace connecting healthcare professionals with hospitals across Spain, Italy, and Poland.

Задачи:

• Become an expert on both sides of the marketplace including healthcare professionals, hospitals, HR, nurse directors, and operations teams
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Livo Pool end to end in lockstep with the marketplace business lead
• Grow and scale the marketplace by improving supply and demand balance, matching quality, and the user experience
• Lead continuous product discovery through direct customer conversations, field visits, and data analysis
• Define clear problems to solve and success criteria before jumping to solutions
• Identify where AI can remove friction, automate decisions, improve matching, and create better outcomes for facilities and professionals
• Design workflows that feel useful, trustworthy, and controllable
• Build and deploy AI agents to streamline operations workflows behind the Pool and turn manual coordination into automated and reliable processes
• Translate insights into crisp product requirements, trade-offs, and sequencing decisions
• Maintain a focused and prioritized backlog that reflects real business and user value
• Work in lockstep with the founders and the marketplace business lead on product strategy, roadmap decisions, and execution
• Treat AI as a first-class material of the product for matching, recommendations, automation, workflow orchestration, and user support
• Balance automation with human oversight where operational risk, compliance, or customer trust requires it
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, research, prototyping, analysis, and communication

Требования:

• Have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building networked products such as marketplaces, platforms, or other multi-sided products
• Demonstrate genuine AI fluency by staying current on possibilities, prototyping quickly, and possessing strong instincts for AI application
• Exhibit strong customer obsession by regularly talking to users and enterprise customers and letting evidence drive decisions
• Possess a clear understanding of marketplace dynamics including supply, demand, liquidity, matching quality, incentives, and trust
• Show proven product judgment with the ability to say no, make trade-offs, and prioritize ruthlessly based on impact
• Feel comfortable operating with high ownership and ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment
• Maintain the ability to work deeply with engineers with solid technical fluency and a strong focus on outcomes
• Display clear, structured thinking and communication to simplify complex problems for diverse stakeholders
• Maintain a bias toward action and accountability by moving things forward and measuring success by results
• Speak fluent Spanish
• Demonstrate hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents in production to streamline or automate operational workflows
• Nice to have: Health tech experience
