Mediktor is looking for a Product Designer & Functional Analyst to join our Agile team in charge of the continuous improvements of our product as well as the development and support of our different customer integrations.

We are an artificial intelligence-based platform designed to help navigate healthcare services. It is an end-to-end solution that guides patients through their healthcare process and supports healthcare professionals in decision making.

With a sophisticated artificial intelligence engine and custom-designed avatars, it enables empathetic and engaging conversations in multiple languages. Our core technology is its clinically validated, AI-based triage system that evaluates symptoms and directs patients to the appropriate level of care.

Recently, we have incorporated a new LLM-powered conversational layer that makes interaction more fluid, natural and empathetic, while keeping the clinical rigor of its validated engine intact.

About the team

You will be integrated in a team that is moving towards Agility. As a startup company, we are fast-learners, and we welcome new ideas and points of view, so you can help us in the shaping of our Scrum framework and methodologies. You will be part of our rituals: daily meetings, Sprint planning, Spikes, Retros, refinements, regular brainstorming sessions, etc.

As part of the Mediktor team, you will be able to help us define the user experiences and interfaces, for the software development team to work on.

In your day-to-day work you will:

• Proactively define features of our products, discussing them with all stakeholders (Physicians, Developers, Managers,...).
• Translate user requirements and business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriali>
• Perform UX research by analysing feedback from customers and competitors.
• Work with low and high fidelity prototyping for multiple environments (iOS, Android and Web).
• Create documentation precisely explaining the features, including schemas, diagrams, flows, and whatever else could be used to make its understanding easier.
• Maintain existing development designs and evolve the design system for our developers.

What you need to have:

• Experience defining and discussing software development requirements with different stakeholders, and writing the consequent functional analysis documentation for the team (≥ 2 years).
• Full proficiency with digital prototyping, design and diagram tools (Sketch, Figma, AdobeSuite, SequenceDiagram, draw.io, Balsamiq, Visio…).
• Experience and willingness to use LLM (GPT‑like) tools to augment quality and productivity.
• Proactive profile, with a focus on detail, quality and results.
• High level of English.
• Graduate in Multimedia / Computer Engineering or similar.
